Are you a new or experienced mediator looking to join a mediation roster to? Are you looking to get mentoring and/or case experience?

Then Venn Mediation may be the organization for you!

Venn Mediation is based in New York City but can mediate anywhere, virtually.

Venn Mediation is a boutique mediation firm, based in New York City. We mediate in person in New York and around the world virtually. Venn Mediation specializes in interpersonal disputes and conflict resolution, mainly for families, couples, and in the workplace.

We are looking to expand our roster by bringing on mediators to co-mediate cases. The initial focus will be on new mediators who are looking for mentoring opportunities to learn and grow as mediators. Preference will be given to mediators who are keen to help grow our client base and promote the company. But all mediators and individuals passionate about conflict resolution are welcome to express an interest.

Requirements:

• Completion of basic mediation training (40+ hours)
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
  
• Social media aptitude
  
• Time Management
• Self-Starter

Preferred:

• Law Degree
• Blog Writing
• Experience with infographics and video editing
• Divorce mediation training
• Based in NYC
